Everything you need to run the software on your own MetaTrader 5 account. If something here is unclear, write to us: the people who answer are the people who wrote the code.

Requirements

Item	Requirement
Platform	MetaTrader 5, build 4000 or later. MetaTrader 4 is not supported.
Broker	Our partner broker only. Licences are issued for MetaTrader 5 account numbers at the broker we work with, and the set files are tuned to its spreads and server time. If you do not have an account, open one through the link on our site.
Account	Hedging or netting. Minimum lot 0.01. One licence covers the account numbers listed in your plan.
Hosting	A Windows VPS close to our partner broker's servers. The robots trade around the clock and should never depend on a desktop machine.
Connectivity	WebRequest must be allowed for the licence server address shown in the client portal.

Installation

1. Sign in to the client portal and download the compiled file for your product.
2. In MetaTrader 5 open File › Open Data Folder and copy the file into MQL5/Experts (robots) or MQL5/Indicators (PosPanel Pro).
3. Restart the terminal, open the chart for your market and drag the product onto it.
4. In the inputs tab enter your licence key. Load the published set file.
5. Enable Algo Trading. The product validates its licence and shows its status on the chart.

Licence

A licence is tied to the MetaTrader 5 account numbers you register in the client portal. You can change a registered account number once per calendar month. The software checks its licence once every 24 hours and keeps a local copy for 72 hours, so a temporary outage of our server never stops a running robot. Only compiled files are distributed; source code is not part of any licence.

Frequently asked questions

Does the trial work on a live account? No. The 14-day trial runs on demo accounts at our partner broker only, where position size, spreads and VPS latency can be tested before any payment.

Can I run the robot with another broker? No. Licences are issued for accounts at our partner broker only: the set files, the server time and the live account you see on our site all belong to it. You may register more than one account there under your plan.

What happens if my subscription lapses? The robot stops opening new trades and manages open positions to their stop or target. No position is ever closed by force.

Do you manage accounts or take performance fees? No. Brown Armadillo Limited does not hold client funds and does not manage client accounts.

Is there a refund? Not once a licence has been activated on a live account. The demo trial exists for that purpose.
